Bassline – Help & Support
If you need help, have questions, or want to report a bug, log in to Bassline and go to Account Settings to send us a message directly. You can access Account Settings by tapping your name in the navigation menu.
Paste a YouTube URL on the home page and tap "Get Tabs." The app will download the audio, separate the instruments, and generate bass tablature automatically.
Audio separation and transcription typically takes 1–3 minutes depending on the length of the song. Longer songs may take more time.
Tabs are generated using AI-based audio analysis and may not be completely accurate. Use them as a starting point and adjust as needed. You can edit tabs directly in the app.
Go to Account Settings from the navigation menu and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password.
